Transfering characters
I was looking through the clients folders and i might have stumbled on something new. Maybe it has been done or tried before. But can i get some answers or help.
In the settings you find your characters info with the server beside it. For example in sjsro its this Ê¢ÊÀÍõ³¯_(CHARACTER NAME HERE)_QS and place it into lets say settings ECSRO_(CHARACTER NAME HERE)_QS file would this work or am i even on the right track? Is there a way to do this?

In these files are saved configurations of your character's skill bar.

lol it's common sense that in mmorpg's your character stuff is stored in the server's database not on your own files, then everyone would spawn stuff and get cap.

IF you could do that ****, there would be no point playing the game since the whole concept would be ruined.

Like i wrote, in these files are saved configurations of character's skill bar. For example, if i delete file "ʢĘŔÍőłŻ_Mephisto_QS" from Settings folder, i won't have anything in my skill bar after I log into game. You can check it yourself. Delete or cut and paste somewhere "ʢĘŔÍőłŻ_[YourCharacterName]_QS" file and than enter the game. Your skill bar will be empty. It's good if you want to make hdd format and you want to save your skill bar configuration. You doesn't have to copy whole silkroad folder. You can just copy "ʢĘŔÍőłŻ_[YourCharacterName]_QS" file.

From what i understand. The skill bar setting is like your ECSRO graphic settings. You can save that onto your computer, and when you delete it. It just goes back to the original setting, but as for your Char. It's save server sided so. You gotta understand settings, and the actual char is a way different thing.
