well,download the original swsro media pk2,
log on your char, once in game your QQ will appear in the chat window.

Its the QQ from the gm , just ask him in QQ and tell him ur email pw id and so on , may he gonna change it for ya >.>

Your not going to be able to change without a qq. But yea talk to the GM maybe he can do something about it.
