Help me Make Priviate server SRO

Hello can any help me make priviate server on Silkroad i want me server be 110D
with FW (work) i try to make but all download or half is broken ...
One more questing if me server max is 110 cap and lvl can i make 12D weapon etc put in NPC stone ?

i cant find 1.320 SRX Emulator + Database and 1.317 Silkroad Client

most of emulators are bugged and the only working ones are private
I suggest you to use the official server files

Where i can get oficial files and he paid one time or not ?
