and so on ... looks like alot of servers have serious problems or they are just turks so the turk server has community issues while the other servers have ddos lags corrupted GMs or other **** going on.

The question now is what the hell is going on most of the servers in the advertise section are dead or will be dead .

Just check the first 2 advertisement pages and look on their topic names. With this you can mostlikely find the most active servers.

With the tons of guides elitepvpers offers you it is pretty easy to setup a server.
With a bit money from your grandparents you get a root.
But basically you need experience and you gain it by time ...

That's why the most servers here are not even worth to download.

there are several guides about server creation(even a youtube in turkish)
many open the server not knowing that the server maintenance is way more difficult than just a setup
aside, many of them are made on Home PCs, which makes a DDOS easier(to those that do it)
let say I open a server, and name a friend with no exp on pserver, 13y and obsessed with the power(GM). What could go wrong?

That's like the main reasons why the server advert close/get spammed/get DDOS

A lot of people are openning crappy and same servers and blaming Turks or 15 online players for making it bad. There is not even one single interesting thing in their server most of the time.
