SQL2008

Can anyone point me in the right place for SQL Server Management Studio Express and SQL 2008 plz

Im using Windows 7 i've download 4 diff 1's and none seem to be working.

32bit the problem i have is that im using SQL 2008, but cant seem to fine server manager 2008

remember , if u downloaded SQL SERVER 2008 ( R2 ) the Studio management must be R2 too , there is 2008 and 2008 R2

I have SQ 2008 and management 2008, but having loads of problems installing them lol

Im getting this error now

I dont understand this as im using SQL SERVER 2008 ( R2 ) version 10.50.1600.

Can anybody advise me on what im doing wrong?

Well you probably installed too many sql server and forgot to uninstall a sql 2008 version.

sql 2008 = Version 10.00.1600
sql 2008 R2 = Version 10.50.1600

You say you have 2008 R2 installed so you probably have selected the wrong sql instance.
