removing or forbitting skills is a bad idea. about the black ress maybe u should think about changing its time.(the black ress should take 20 secs to end or something like that)

and i like the idea of 90 euro and ch but think about adding 100 and 110 but in like 3 months after the server would open,staying at the same cap for ever isnt gonna bring u more players.

the fgw would be cool too on a 90 cap server for the sun weps.

About the No free silk thing . well you will have some problems trying to get some new players to ur server ( try adding voteforsilk or silk @ online time ...but not 1silk/h cuz thats just fail ... )

~ Black Ress should be disabled.
~ Bard's Dances/Tambours % should be lowered

For Chinese

~ Reduce Time of Casting of Ress Skills

As the cap 90 was most balanced I don't see the point of adding some dmg to chinese.
Screens would be deleted, LT - not rly, cuz if somebody plays in the party it's very useful.
DD at rogue: Rogue is nothing without DD.
Sleep at warlock: We would nerf it.


We might also add vote4silk.

Well only one Fortress War would be good as example Hotan.

You may ask me why?

~ Best Income cause Hotan is the End-City
~ The whole Server focuses on that one Fortress War
~ 2 Fortress War = Guild's are splitting , 3 Fortress War = Even more Splitting

Euro Nerf Suggestion :

Warrior :

~ Delete Screens
~ Lower % of Pain Qouta and Phy/Mag. Fences
~ Lower Stun Rate of Axe Skill

Rogue :

~ Lower their Stealth
~ Increase their Poison Imbue and the Effect on it
~ Increase Skills with the Effect Poison [Poison Damages more]

Wizard :

~ Decrease Life Control/Turnover's Mag.Dmg Increase % to 15-20%
~ Fix their "Lightning Knockback Skill" it only Knock's Enemies 2 Times often

Warlock :

~ If possible increase "Strap" like more % Chance of gaining a Berserk Ball
~ Same with DoT's so they last longer on Monster/Enemies
~ Lower Stun/Sleep Duration to 2-4 Seconds
~ Lower Hidden's Damage [One Shooting INT Build's is possible without that]
~ Remove Panic [Wheel Bind]. Or lower the Pot Duration from 3-4 Seconds to 2 Seconds
~ Lower Reflect's %. It's possible to kill an INT Build through that because of the High %

Bard :

~ Lower % of Dance of Magic/Wizardry | Valor/Fight. Other Dances are for MP Consumption and Heal Increase.
~ Add Knock Back at Booming Chord/Wave [Don't come with Salvation <_<*]
It's just a Effect on a Skill so it can't be stealed.
~ Add Fear , Consumption at Horror/Weird Chord [Sirens got Fear too] and Bard got way to many Mana Skills so Consumption would be great

(Bard is underestimated at the 80/90 Cap those Improvements would help]

Cleric :

~ Lower Innocent/Integrity Effect so removing Debuffs becomes harder
~ Lower Heal of Instant Heal Skills like Group Recovery
~ Remove/Lower Black Ress. Remove it or remove the Effects on it.
~ Lower STR/INT Buff's.
~ Change Holy Word/Spell's % from 50% to 25% so CHN Builds are able to Debuff.

How about a lowrate 70 cap server with chinese chars only? Also, no edits like salvation silkroad has (No egypt weapons and stuff). Just like the glory 70 cap, with additional fw and ctf once there are enough players. Currently there are only 80 and 90 cap servers, which is, nowadays, nothing special anymore. I started playing isro in late 2006 and couldn't reach the cap in time. Would be a nice experience I guess.

gap 80 no euros and with fortress wars.i honestly hate euros and ive not seen a gap 80 server with no euros thats a decent one so far so im hoping that.rates could be 50-100x or so and SoX rates could be around 10-20x.no free silks cause that would ruin the community and low gold rates and higher job rates would be fun aswell.so its kind of like a job based 80 gap no euro server.theres my ideas.
