Are you trying to restore a MSSQL 2008 R2 backup on MSSQL 2005 or MSSQL 2000?

you probably have sql 2005 get 2008 r2 and it should restore fine.

Use SQL 2008 R2, Black Rogue files aren't compatible with sql2005 yet..

You are wrong...
They are. Anyway im pretty sure the db you want to restore is backupped with mssql 2008 r2 client,so you will have to use the same mssql client (the 2008 r2 one) to restore.
