Well i am going to make a server with special thing which non server done
my server futures are ..
Server files Black Rouge
-100 cap only chinese.
-10D only chinese stuffs.
-old trading system.
-Unique reward system (I info about this special thing after server opened)
-job reward system (I info about this special thing after server opened)
-New follow pets.
-New avatar (Ksro & Isro)
-Good start items
-Exp/Sp : 30x
-PartyExp/SP : 35x
-gold :10x
-item : 10x
-Sox : 2x (Unique Sox drop : 10x)
-alchemy : (+1 +2 +3 +4 100% chances)
Etc i will info about reward system after server open because there are many people who steal idea's

I think it´s a good Idea , so u can go to the Job cave the Jangan Cave and that you can´t do with Highrate , you can do because it´s not so Funny . So i vote for the Rates and the Cap that u wrote .
