when i run Swsro Files

i open Global Manger

and He Write :
Can't connect to account DB

Cannot occupy db session : Update _Shard set nStatus =0 nCurrentUserRation=0 where nID=64

Cannot occupy db session selet * from SK_SilkCheange BY_Web
