China mastery cap editing - give your ideas

Ok, I bet many people need this too. Since chinese chars have 330 at the start (lot like euro), this means mastery cap needs to be editted. But the problem is how, I believe pushedx can help in this thing, but seems he is not so active in this sectoin. So my thoughts is editing gameserver or editing DB/media.
So if you have any ideas about this question - share it

Edit the GameServer, edit the client.

u can edit database to make all skills 110 -> shard db -> SkillMastery
look ur char id in Char table
