I would say Cap 80. Most balanced in my opinion.
But i've voted for Cap 110 because i like all new features since this legend.
Alex, Job Cave and Holy Water Temple.

the thing about 80 cap is that you will have 330 mastery points as chn , impossible to make it balanced unless he can separate euros and chn

I didn't play at Cap 80 with Legend I.
There were only CH 
But like you mention it, 330 mastery points are 4 complete full builds and europeans are able to do only 2 builds... would make a big difference.

No, 80 cap is only 300 skill mastery points, If you played ZSZC retro you would know because you had 3 skills at 80 and 1 at 60. 330 was put in for 110 cap, so u can have 3 capped skills.
