You need to enable the SA account. You probably have SQL set to Windows Authentication only. Take a look at this site. You need to set your authentication to SQL Server and Windows Authentication.

thanks ur advise with sa helped.. now i have other issue...

global works
download works
gateway works
farm works

and SR_Shard dont work.. fail to request certification..
i tried switching ports.. i had 32004 and i put it on 32000 and it start spamin me with Schedule manager : g_pServerBodyOfMyself is NULL!! .. is that okay?
