So coding a new game would be faster, just to get basic stuff working, you could use SRO models with other textures so JMX wouldnt notice, it's just my opionion, if you code an SRO emu and you have it done you have to be prepared for the worst, Legal issues, haters and much more, im not saying that with your own game it wouldnt be like that but you wouldnt have to worry about legal stuff. (if you do everything right)
I really hope people wanna help you because this community never united to create an emu so I hope this will bring them together to work on the ''impossible''

If you're really willing to do that, then I'm in. But making 3D graphics are extremely hard. Things like this will be "the impossible" :/
Anyway, if you know what to do, and you want me to make some graphics or advertising, then I'm in. But unless you give it a serious go, I'll be going with pSro

Well I'm just suggesting, engine, graphics, C++, models, networking etc... thats sooo much stuff ye.
So with an emu if you wanna start from scratch, getting the packets and sort em out will take time but that's the most easy part.
To make a good SRO emu you would need
-Experienced coders (C++ or something like that)
-Good server
-PK2 experts
-Web coders/designers (good looking and safe website)
-Packet ''grabbers''
-and some more stuff but thats in the final stage.
At this moment you would need Experienced coders and some Packet experts (Drew ---> pushedx)

I have awesome server, and I'm a good web coder, I don't know what do you mean by grabbers , and I have some good sales and advertisement knowledge
I need good coders and good PK2 Experts
I won't make an emulator. I'll make a pSro WITHOUT and emulator.

i dont like sinxtra but he got right this time. Code your own game , for making emulator you will need almost same time(only graphic part and client side will be done because you are using joymax client). Dont waste your time by making emulator, make your own game and later you can update graphic part , you can start with simple models.

Which server files you have, and if you are developing an Emulator? I don't really think you can make it out in Egypt(I live there as well ), get a working team, you need a IRL team in order to maintain bugs you know....
Not frustrating you or anything, but you need....lots of work.

Forget the stuff in the past, you were right about stuff
Anyways, simple models would do ye but as he wants to continue with pSRO he should get a team.

But ye you could contact a botmaker for that xD.

And I won't get people through Egypt. I know that it'll be hard.
Having an only-online team is something hard, I know. But I'm sure that I'll be able to handle it.

A c++ coder can easily learn pk2 editing, it isnt hard for him.
And some tables of the old serverfiles are released, so everyone could do anything with pk2 right now^^
