does this tool really pushes the key or is it like lolkop's half-pusher? (I mean you could chat while the tool was pressing 7. Because it was like a mouse-click simulate, not a keyboard press, in Silkmod and lolkop's other tools)

Yup, it's using PostMessage command.
It works even on minimized or hided client, but you can't chat while it works..

Yes I understood. I advise you to check lolkop's tool's source codes. You can easily find WriteProcessMemory functions there, which will simulate mouse-left-click to the slot which vigor potion is located at. With that chatting is possible too... Keypress is lame, and you can simply do because there arent any hackshields
