i dont have it yet but
all the books has simillar symbols so try to look something like lower books in the pic
and you have to delvl the skill to lvl 1 because its lvl 71, and bot cant read skills which are lvl 70 and higher...

if you have 1st light nuke, it doesnt take a minute to find the 2nd book
every skill books has almost the same symbols.
