does not help

see in ur pic u will see SR_ShardManager.exe still in loading (Cert) u must w8 while SR_ShardManager.exe loading 100% (the cert will disappear and monitor will be like blue like global manager in ur pic) then open SR_GameServer.exe and the next exe

and u can open SMC after open GlobalManager

establish ip error (writeing port 32003 and so) & MachineManger.exe problem
fix verry easy just open files in right way
