I'm pretty sure that you just chose sro_client process make speed hack.
And keep clicking connect, because client show you - "Server is full connection failed" or some kind of message faster, and that allows you click connect again (just faster than normal) (kinda hard to explain)
but anyway Just open process enable speed hack in CE and try that, i think it should work.
It's just my opinion i don't know how it works never tried but I think It work that way.
