i reinstalled a couple of times and still nothing and it's patched

i have almost the same problem here, already reinstalled everything and still bugged :s
i Don´t know what its wrong, one week ago everything was perfect :/
It crash after start... I am using win7 also .

just redownload the correct version then reinstall the client
