Probably the char status has been updated in SRO_VT_SHARD.dbo._Char table
Or maybe you have smc port open, check your ports well cause the user might have gained access to it, it's so easy to gain access to smc.

1. check if you have reset stats in your website, " Remove it" if you don't know how to fix it
2. check if you have the same system but as scroll, IF you have reset stat scroll in your game client " Remove it" if you don't know how to fix it
3. also check if you have "Message system" PM WITH "RESET STAT" OR SOMETHING.......
4. use any query to reset all members stats to default.
