I make This System But, How Connects Program [Notic Writer] by SQL to Write In Game

server IP write your server ip 127.0.0.1 or what ever
local 22
version select your game v 173 188 what ever is ur current V
then connect to server and try to log-in with ur GM account and select char and type ur notice select time and go :v

* this is an auto-notice program that writes notice every 5m or what ever you want
* it does not need a SQL connection
* also you didn't write down the notice that is why it sends a blank notice**

If you read what he says ,
it couldn't connect to the database make sure you write your info correctly
it should be like
exampleName/SQLEXPRESS //SQL Name
SRO_VT_LOG //your log database name
sa //your username
*password* //your password
