You won't find any kind of server tools without containing a single false positive virus in it, even the "stock" server files with its respective client.

Hosting a server - just google for "Game Server Hosting". That is not something you should wait to be answered.
Buying the [x]SRO files - people might PM you for this or leave a message here, or you simply use the search function here on the forums or google. There are tons of releases, even cleaned databases.
