in max lvl i cant take Skill point

when any player get max lvl Like (max lvl =100)
So he dont take any Skill point
and that is problem in what i dont know

maybe your SP rate is too low

no when player plvl from lvl 1 to lvl 100 skill point easy come
but when char get lvl 100 he cant take any skill point

DB : _RefLevel -> EXP_M
Set it it to : 999999999 where lvl = 100. (this is not a query,do it manually)

media : leveldata.txt
copy all _reflevel lines and paste them into leveldata.txt

i know that will stop the exp for that player but when player get lvl 100 char stop get exp and stop get Skill point
i need to make it to take Skill point when he in max lvl
