Need some one to fix my server check for info

hello i'm searching for some one to fix my server with
- new NPC's
- adding items to NPC's , item Mall , Quest's
- adding drops to unique's
- Fixing all Event's ( so-ok , arena , auto event's )
- Fixing FW time and the register time
- Fixing the auto Equipment
- items max (+16)
- Change the gold rewards from trading
- Changing from D11 to D13 ( already got all item's )
- Changing from Cap110 to Max Cape 120
- skills from 110 to 120
- Fixing Bagdad Map with Npc's and mob's

i got a VPS and the server is already running
want to know what the price will be
it would be better if the person would be from Egypt/Cairo
so we can meet , will pay when all the work is finished
if your not from egypt we can work on TeamViewer also just let me know

why all that hate ? ^_^ well i just need some help with those little stuff and i want to see how its done so i can do it by my self next time and instead of wasting ur time try to be more friendly and help other's .
