crash at selecting characters window

i've setting server up with degree 11 working perfectly but when i've enabled degree 12 ~ 13 at database .. the problems coming out at pk2 files like crash at selecting characters window i think there's missing files

the question is
- what should i import to pk2 files

Send me .dmp file located in SRO_FOLDER/Dump.

Since you crashed right away, I suppose you'll find too many missing files. Probably you're using someones database, find the client, use it as it is. If you're going to enable any other degree make sure you have the models at your client. Then take your move, if not just get them from any other client and import them.

that's right i've tested my database at another game client degree 13 and it's working fine.
that's what .pk2 i've moved from dg13 another game client to my client

[ moved Data.pk2 "Still Crashing" - moved Particles.pk2 "Still Crashing" - moved Media.pk2 "Working Fine" ]

so my missing files was at Media.pk2 , can anyone told me what files should i extracting from Media.pk2 ?

that's right i've tested my database at another game client degree 13 and it's working fine.

Well. Please give line no. 39010 from client, which you're occuring crash, not another one which is working. Please send line with ID 39010 from _RefObjCommon also.
