when i try connect to SJSRO i get C8 error wtf wrong?

the proble its not media.pk2 bicose i use old and can connect
the problem its Server Have to be Restarted And all DC's 1mobhit-DC's Buy pot's-Dc's C8 error's will STOP Ecsro have same problem But they restart server 2 times in a Day..!!!
