how to turn some1 2 GA

i wanna make some1 GA without any right's like creat items etc but he can spawn unique's & recall ppl any1 can tell me how 2 do it

u can make it GA .. but if u Give Him Spawn Unique So he can Create Items ,, so u have one way ,, its make him can recall and Teleport To user .. but cant Create or Spawn unique ,,, Give Him Administrator Group ,,, Press Thanks if i help

yes u can give him GA and no item creation i will ask my friend cos he did it in his server and back here with the answer

You can make new GM group and give him only notice - Unique right !
