if i want make limit ip for a specific country ?
the ip only able to open 2 client's

You should reword your question. Your only going to start a flame thread. Something like How to limit a certain region/country's IP
This is pritty easy to do actually, and if you can't figure it out you shouldnt really be trying to run a server tbh. Im not going to be helpfull because of the way you worded your sentace.
