i think YOU want to start a server? Ok, you ask how to change rates, here is my little tut:

Open Server.cfg and there you change the ExpRatio and SpRatio etc.

Was it so hard?
PLEASE, DONT OPEN A PUPLIC SERVER...

Dont forgett to Crack Sr_Gameserver.exe
