I have seen some movies on youtube with some chars but i dont know how to make that build. So i need some one who can tell me how much str & how much INT

First s/s 7:1 Paradox71 He say he is 6:1 or 7:1 any one know which on it is exactly ?? And plizz say me how much str and INt then
