The main aim in this server was to bring back the real Silkroad game-play when we had the most entertainment moments in our life, we managed to make everyone who participate in our game-play feel satisfied. we added a certain systems that indeed will be a turning point in all SRO players, a server that you will play and remember it by the time.
The most exciting part for the old school players is to grind but unluckily many players don't like to grind either,that's why we adjusted the experience rate to a custom rate so it won't be that easy to reach the required level and it won't be that hard,in either case, you will enjoy so we have increased the rates to 20X and 25X for the party grinders.
Alchemy where nothing but luck is needed,you don't have to be rich neither a non-lifer,just get your stuff and start pimping,We didn't decrease nor increase that rate because the joy of getting +7 is way higher than getting +20! just can't describe how happy we were to get an enhancement level of 7 or higher,that was like finding a pokemon nowadays.
We don't want to bring back the hardcore dropping part because it will take weeks to gain an item or a special drop,hence we have increased the drop rate of items to 5X and the gold rate to 5X, however we disabled the sox drop from all degree 8 mobs, now you can only obtain normal items from mobs, and sox can be obtain from a different systems we will describe it in the thread.
And about the team, we are a very old silkroad players, started playing in 2006 that's why we decided to settle down on the old school degree 8 game-play.
at the old SRO scene, one of the biggest struggles is the lack of skill points, so we thought of instead of adding much skill points to the new characters, we added a new quest which is easy to finish. this quest will give you a really precious rewards! such as [Premium - 1M Skill points - 1M Gold].
The reason we added this system is because we thought of equality, which means that the SRO botters won't have any special features, no special treatment. farming SOX is not available anymore, to obtain SOX you have to work for it. and by that, we added SOM items at our new NPC which located next to Jangan storage
, those SOX items can be bought with different payment methods:
Gold
Job Points
Ancient Coin
Arena Coin
Since the main currency in the server is silk, and silk is obtainable with donation, we thought of adding new currency which can be obtained with in-game systems like Job Points and Unique Coins, you can buy much useful items with those payment methods.
Beta phase will take a place on 18 of march at 08:00 AM CET
Grand opening will be on 22th of march at 08:00 PM GMT+2. Note: please keep in mind that all beta testers will be rewarded with silk, Also all accounts at beta will start with 10k silk to test everything.

We didn't give up on the server, we re-opened it, lost money and tried to bring back all old players. we didn't close the server till there was no online players.

Server isn't based on donation, and we didn't theft anyone's money. if our aim in the old server is about money, why would we reopen it and lose more money?, anyways thank you.
