Let me give you a basic lesson in business management.
1.)You never promote a customer
2.)You never promote a customer
3.)You never promote a customer
4.)You never promote someone without a job or a special skill set that indicates the person will not do something petty to your project.
5.)You never promote an already known user account that owns a guild (LOL)
6.)You never hire a management that can sit around and not answer peoples questions because of their own agenda.
7.)You make administration accounts specific to the cause not benefiting the individual.
8.)You audit any and all logs of all administrations teams actions over the last (7)days
9.)Understand that you host a game but your business is not a game, so do not hire people who look at it this way.
10.)Stop hiring people with 0 community management experience (This includes things past Silkroad GM experience) People who have a history of owning and developing projects.
So far I see is kids who get excited about wearing the title and not kids who are excited about developing a community. Anyways damage is done but I truly hope you keen yourself in on some very huge detrimental aspects of your business.
