Apparently their pk2 editor ****** up while editting the itemrare.txt file which caused some specific degrees look different than what they actually are. Most likely the guy who had a normal moon bow was using different type of switcher than you and luckily right type of particle was used for his switcher degree.

EON II Update!
We've made a pretty big update in order to fix all current in-game issues and add new features to bring more activity to some parts of the server like CTF/BA jobbing that weren't so active.


Bug fixes:
- FGW 3* and 4* need to be fixed, doors for the 3rd and 4rth shipwreck are always closed.
- If you change job your honor rank gets bugged, and can only disable it after 7 days. Made it instant disban.



Gameplay Changes:
- Reduced global chat scroll drop rate on HWT.
Why? Well globals were just so easy to get resulting on huge spam.

- Drug of typoon now lasts 1 hour.

- Changed donwhang cave mobs to 10D.
Why? None was using donwhang cave anymore so it is a good idea to make it a far spot.

- War event is now every 2 hours.
Why? It is working very well and you like it.

- Increased the strength of Medusa and Roc & Medusa.
Why? They were dieing so fast.

- Changed the name of the NPC "Silk shop" to "Game Points Shop".

- Removed language filter.
Why? Was just annoying.

- Added Sabakun jewels for gold, arena coins & game points. Price : 500m gold, 80 game points, 99 arena coins. Added to Game Points Shop.
Why? We really needed to add something that would make gold, arena coins and game points=web points=trades more worthy so by adding sabakuns jewels we make sure that CTF/BA will be active, gold won't be useless and there be more trades.

- Devil S plus limit is now +5.

- Added Seal Of Moon chests price 2b + 1450 game points (Part-part system).

- Added egy A & egy B model switchers
Why? So many people requested it.

- Fixed job temple uniques.

- Job temple uniques now drop all treasure boxes available!

- Added vigors 7%.
Why? Well even though it is not clear what most players want we strongly believe that adding vigors on this way (7%) will be fair for everyone.

- Vigors dropping only from job temple mobs.
Why? Job temple is pretty dead, we really want to give some great activity to this temple.

- Vigor Treasure Box dropping from job temple uniques it can give random amount of vigors from 10 to 50.

- Changed magic option remover 9dg to 10dg.

- Added lucky increase scrolls as roc & medusa drops aswell.

- Added lucky increase scrolls for 50 arena coins.

- Increased weekly web point limit from jobbing to 1350.
Why? Limit of 1000 was resulting in decreasing the amount of daily trades by a huge amount.

- Salt desert mobs replaced with quest mobs.

- Disabled reverse while you wear job cape.

- Added Sylph & Salamander level 100 spawning all over the map. Drops: All treasure boxes + 50 silk scroll.



Balance Changes:
Pacheon.
- Decreased bow buff to 6%.
- Strong Bow Will crit decreased to 17.
Why? Well bowers were just too strong. A small nerf was needed.

Force
- Reduced force debuffs probability to 47%.
Why? Debuffs had like sure success.

Bicheon
- Increased Bicheon combos probability to 37%.
- Celestial Ground Bicheon Force Phy.def.pwr of shield reduce reduced to 45% & Phy.atk.pwr increase increased to 165.
Why? We really want to see more bladers, S/S players on the server. By buffing Celestial Ground we really give bladers a new playstyle they can now deal high damage without losing all the power of their shield. Hopefully this ?will encourage more players to play as bladers.
