This has already been tested in the closed beta where free silk and gold was available, the database has been wiped since then and we are not planning to wipe after open beta.
You can obtain D9 Sun items for a cheap price from the normal NPC's in Hotan.

Just to clarify, there will NOT be a wipe UNLESS a bug or other anomaly forces us too.
As i said previously, we've had a closed beta test for a while to test the majority of the ingame elements where silk and gold were unlimited, this is no longer the case.
Therefore no free silk (other than voting), gold or items will be given to players.
Think of it as a week for us to collect data, feedback and suggestions so that at the end of the open beta these sources can be put to best use and we will have a stable, well rounded server.
I hope this clear's things up, i will get Sinxtra to edit the initial post later to better reflect this information .

some where at const town near blacksmith gives random crash
any shop at const gives crash fix it
i think my char bugged i cant teleport to any city? i get random crash

Possibly, but there are already custom quests from the "Titan Item & Quest" NPC that you can take which award silk scrolls upon completion.
