I usually don't prefer to answer such questions. But here you go

GM's enhanced these items to test the notice program.
PS: if you have at least 1 % knowledge in this you would know that GM's can create items with +30 in SMC or even in game console. so what ya say is nonsense. And nobody lied about and SOX D it it your own problem i guess. For the rest of you accusations I don't really find it serious to answer. As we have rules for banning people and i banned one of this guild personally 1 time for breaking the rules after receiving a warning for 3 times.
