rates in discription is not right on 8x rates you shouldn´t be even lvl3 after killing a mangyang.

The are 8x believe me i know how to set up a server.

Well real 8x rates would be:
ExpRatio "800"

But I bet you set it to:
ExpRatio "8000"

And 800 are not 8x thats for sure.
