Guide, If needed.

1.) Download the Media
2.) make a Copy of your syndicate folder on your desktop
3.) Unzip the Media from tomorrowland onto your Desktop
4.) Open the folder of your copy of the Syndicate file
5.) Look for Media.PK2 - Right click then delete.
6.) Place the UNZIPPED Media.pk2 from TomorrowLand into that file.
7.) Launch the game.

we need a job server where you start with lvl 110 with a normal +5 set and normal +5 weap and some gold and a high job cap but a low drop rate and gold drop rate ...nova gear in npc for a lot of gold so need to do jobs

Not really. In order to afford more expensive items such as soxes sold by players,you have to do some jobbing to get gold as the default gold drop is not that high.
