Rate sux + no free Silk = very bad

these days you need high EXP rate + 120 cap + free silk, then you got a perfect server with active players...

I never used the kdbot but i know how to find out the ip with cmd but i dont want to search for the right one -.-

u dont need ip finder in kdbot folder is loader select sro_client and will appear the sv ip

+1 = 70%
+2 +3 +4 = 100%
and after the +5 is normal rate
