Ofcourse, nobody are happy since their characters were deleted.
But overally, 100 cap is more balanced.

well i gotta admit the idea of givein out egy stuff for +10 is dump
you tell ppl to pimp their stuff to +10 they sit all day trying to get egy items
ppl didnt even test em in pvp and right after they finished pimp their stuff
