Help! stuck in a quest in ffxiv

there's a quest called "He's got a ticket to ride". i googled and only found out how to speak with Raimondaux with some auto-translator. the question is i couldn't even find the npc i have to speak with.
ps: i'm new to the game

Probably have to walk down the winding staircase to the Exit Zone for the Airship. You're in Gridania, right?
