If you donwload files from this links:

you will have everything
in first link you have all database but you don't have all maps and some files was broken, in second link you don't have full database but you have all others files and all work
On first page you can download files from second link.

oki elo i get this error and i haveee no idea how to fix this ;o

which files you use ? Like i said in first release you don't have all maps and some files was broken in second release you don't have full database. So if you can download first and second files.
First files have: 410 MB, second: 617 MB

eLO may explain a bit with the hexing for translating you mentioned before ?

The error message is very clear, it can't open a connection to Dr2_Siteconfig DB, as i can see you are using the same user name as your windows user, try creating a new "sql user" over the sql server and make it owner of all the DR2_* databases, and use that user info on all the server configuration files.

let it be...it's senseless, if you fail at creating a new sql user you will fail at running a server. else use google

...and he use 64bit system He will have many errors, recommended is 32bit system.
