This is a pretty good rate server:

Small guide to starting.
When you first start a new character you get a brown box that looks empty I think you get 2 (contains basically GW for the specific class. Ex. Rays= fighter, kara= valk, torr=savage, and a jade=mage. Now these weapons are pretty much useless seeing as they only go to lvl 6 but they can help you lvl seeing as they hit harder then the shity weapons you get from pygmies.)
There is also another box you get it looks lie kit hold potions, open its and equip every scroll, these will help you a lot while you are leveling up. Now what you want to do is go lvl at CC (Castle Cronous) "pygmies" till you are about 70. Once you are lvl 40 you get a drop of lvl 50 armor, once you hit lvl 70 you get +10 veperess neckless, +10 shade ring X2 as a drop, once you nice lvl 85 you get +10 sacred armor drop, and once you are lvl 100 you get a full set of voodoo.
After you are 70 find some one to try and help you level in the server in the sewers.
Now what happens in this server now, is that once you hit lvl 90 you can Rebirth and you will get an extra 30 stat points per rebirth, you can rebirth 20 times before reincarnating. Once you reincarnate you get an extra 400 stat points added. Now for the rebirths it goes: 1:lvl 90, 2:lvl 90, 3:lvl 92,4:lvl 95 Ext....(read rest here:
