drop rate = 10x

attack skills fixed.. so no any laaging or stucking on use skills or attack normal
, some quests fixing, no laaging good host are in EU

When I try to run the teralauncher, it says that is stops working

1. start as adminstrator
2. update driver
3. framework
4 or try restart

Server seems really bugless so far...I've yet to find a single common bug.
- Theres no lag when you hit mobs
- Theres no delay between attacking and block/dodge when ur supposed to (big deal breaker on other pservers).
- You can abandon quests if you want to (another major bug before).

I'm supporting this so far.
