Ich schaff 36 Liegestütze ä 3 Sätze ä 12 pro Satz
Mit 1 Min pause zwischen den Sätzen.
Achja und ich bin 11 Jahre. Und ihr? Wv Liegesütze schafft ihr und wie alt seit ihr?
