Nostale SP In My Local P-Server

Hi friend, ,i need a help...
I set the P-server (local) for my amusement. But the commands not work in server.
For example, nothing happends when i was a write $sp ...... (or other commands). My wish just wear +15 SP.
I am new in this work, what can i do about it ?
Or what can I write to the database ?
*(My english is a little bad I'm sorry for my mistakes...)

Thanks for answer but codes are don't working in the server. I dont understand this problem
