Hi, I'm making a GameServer and i have a problem when I want add the Skills.

->u_s <1> <2> <- if this packet send so ...

-> ct 1 503438 3 1715 -1 -1 1074
-> sr 1
but I don't know what do it want say this number.
Everybody can me help ? Thanks (40% Number I know, other no :/)
