Nosville shop?

Does anyone know how to open a shop in nosville like this guy?

the gms can bring you in their office room. if you do a shop there, and they kick you out of the office room, you will spawn in nosville :P

Wow i understand that this can be made just in offical nostale bcos i play 99nos since it opened and i never saw a gm so it need to be other way

It seems to be a packet, to open the shop in NosVille.

Although it isn't the same like your screenshot shows, but it's very similair.
I found it by myself. First go to Mt. Krem. Go to the teleport and record the teleport packet to nosville. Then go again to Mt. Krem and open a Shop. Now send the teleport packet and you will land in Nosville. You don't see your own shop and you can't move anymore but others can. Also you can run the shop sitting or standing.

I didn't check if this also works on Nostale DE, but I think so.
