It works correct - it doesn't remove the Limits because it shouldn't. 
I didn't removed the Limits to prevent Tempbans by using this Tool.

doesn't set limits either IE limit rpm to 3000
engine rpm won't trigger a autoban speed hacks won't trigger a autoban

hmm fix your SpeedConsole... if you go to safehouse and back, the car won't move.

Yep, same here - blocked Hotkeys, serversided, not by the Tool.
Hack needs a Update in a weird Way, its a bit more advanced, but i already found it out how to bypass the new Protection

Hello Guys,
today i release my new CarChanger for you!
Anticheat is disabled by activating the CarHack with F1.
To get your car, press the Buttons in FreeRoam until it "beeps" and go to your SafeHouse.
Thats all! :)

To all the people whose game crashed. ,,, I had the same problem ,,,But now I found the solution ,, plz Follow these steps
1. Run NFSW_9.08.2012
2. Press F10 and go to safehouse
3. Then leave safehouse to change your car to ( Lamborghini Sesto Elemento )
4. Open "Car Changer" by Keule306 and Press F1.
5. Go to game.
Press any of these in Free roam
