Clean nfsw-offline server.

No safehouse menus.

No races.

Not for noobs.

Winxp instructions.

Linux instructions.

Build/compile instructions.

UDP tools and debug instructions.

Working fake recorded freeroam udp server.

2 challenges inside:
- make nfsw.exe accept clean freeroam udp packets from fake host.
- make the crypt/decrypt/crc functions in any language to talk with nfsw.exe
