Lobby Crash Hack - Help

Can someone explain the lobby crash hack to me? I don't use it but I am getting kicked out of so many races that its getting to be real annoying. Is there a way I can activate something so this **** doesn't keep happening? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Do you have a slow pc or a slow internet conection ? If not reinstal the game and you will be ok or wait till the next servers patch

And this will help against lobby crash hack . Don't think so.
Lobby crash hack alow you to DNF all other players and make you drive race alone so you will take first place and gold card for shure.
I hate it and people who use it. Same goes to the Autofinishers in MP races
