Plz help

I want to log in in to me account into nfs world web page. when i try to log in i got this message : There is a problem with your account. Please contact Customer Services for further information. but i can enter the game with me account. sorry for bad english.

Contact EA customer service but they will ask you to call them because "there isnt enough information"
